Description
Starscape is a basic marimba solo that is well suited for technical and musical development. This solo focuses on independent rotation at small interval distances. A wide array of permutations are used to explore the small interval rotation concept. A four mallet solo in 3/4 which employs sixteenth note patterns and achieves a mystical effect.
