Masterpieces For Marimba

This collection is representative of some of the finest early instrumental music literature. Examples of Bach, Clementi, Corelli, Handel, Mozart and Teleman are provided for serious study.

The sonata movements have been adapted and arranged to meet the needs of the percussion keyboard instrument. Roll indications and sticking have been suggested to aid in interpretation. The teacher may wish to make adjustments in the above mentioned to insure suitable phrasing.
