When something unfortunate happens, we search for a reason. It gives us comfort and a sense of control when we find the answer. It is in our nature to find that reason and purpose. When we struggle to find the meaning behind it all, we slowly but steadily spin out of control, asking ourselves, what now? Do we seek help? Do we pretend to be OK? Do we keep waiting for an answer even when there isn’t one?
