Sparklers by Yukiko Nishimura

Sparklers was commissioned and premiered by Mutsumi Tsuuzaki using Deagan’s artist special xylophone no. 266 which has the range of four and half-octaves and was made in 1935 and remodeled in 1962. This version was adapted for 4-octave marimba by the composer.
