Sean Hooper BP7 Student Series Very Soft Timpani Mallets (Medium Large Ball Core)
All mallets in the student range are produced using the same hand-made techniques as the professional mallets, using hand selected bamboo shafts.
The same top quality timpani felt is also used in both ranges.
At last, being a beginner on a budget needn’t compromise your quality of sound.
The largest stick in the student range, with a heavy 46mm head. A double layer of soft felt covers a wood or cork ball centre, and the hand-finished bamboo. Although very soft, it can produce a powerful tone.
