Description
Michi Paraphrase is a NEW work for solo marimba by Keiko Abe. The piece is based on one of Abe’s improvisations on her piece Michi. This advanced 4-mallet marimba solo is classic Keiko Abe. It begins rubato with an improvisational feel and closes with a fiery sequence of mixed meters. An excellent choice for advanced/professional marimbists!
