Resonance CD from Janne Tuomi

Janne Tuomi (percussion) Recorded in the beautiful church of Kulhmalahti in Finland , Resonance features the solo percussion of percussionist Janne Tunomi. The church is recognised as having a spectaculary good acoustic as is evident on the sound his drums and percussion in this recording, excelently captured by Jussi Saivo Janne is one of those new breed of extremely talented musicians who are equally home playing complex and demanding contemporary classical music, tradional music as well as free improv, and for this opportunity he decided to explore free improvisation, something he is very passionate about.
