Description
This is a Large Percussion Ensemble for 7 Percussionists, Bass (Acoustic or Electric) and Piano. Staring in a slow section featuring mallet and piano, the piece quickly moves into a medium fast calypso section. There are opportunities for latin percussion solos in timbales, bongos, congas and drum set. Great feature for a High School ensemble. Originally commissioned for the Gates Chili H.S.
