Description
Introducing the Black Swamp 9.5″ Anvil Gong Rectangular Sound Plate
Black Swamp Sound Plates are a series of steel metallophones that will uniquely add color, texture and creativity to any percussion set up. The circular Disc Bells have a clear, clean bell-like tone. The rectangular Anvil Gongs however, produce a more dense, complex sonority.
Each shape is available in five sizes. They can be laid flat on a trap table, as well as suspended or mounted on a cymbal stand using the laser cut holes. Enhancing their natural timbre and sustain, plates can also be “”prepared”” with a sizzle effect using the provided rivets.
The matte patina finish adds a final level of artistic depth and originality. Each Sound Plate is as unique as the individual performing with them.
