Manuel started his studies in Ávila´s Conservatory “Tomás Luis de Victoria”. The most important teacher during these years was Luis Guzmán. Afterwards, when he was 17 years old, he moved to Tenerife to study at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias (CSMC). There, he studied with Paco Díaz for 4 years and graduated in 2014 with highest marks with honours and honourable mention. Between 2016 and 2018 he was the Percussion Teacher at Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias, in the Gran Canaria´s basement. Nowadays he is the Percussion Teacher at Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Palencia and works as a percussion teacher with the European Spirit of Youth Orchestra (ESYO).

Manuel participated in a lot of masterclasses with several most important world percussionists: Keiko Abe, Nebojsa J. Zivkovic, Emmanuel Sejourné, Casey Cangelosi, Marta Klimasara, Igor Lesnik, Jeff Queen, Percadu, Tchiky Duo, Tuopali Duo, Taknara… He has collaborated in concerts with some world percussion artists like: Igor Lesnik, Maraca2 or Taknara Percussion Group.

He was member of the Joven Banda Sinfónica de Castilla y León (JOBASCyL), performing, recording and touring in Spain and Germany. They won the Second Prize in the Internation al Wind Band Festival in Berlin in 2010. Manuel collaborated with some important Spanish orchestras like Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife (OST). Additionally, he is member of the Orquesta Sinfónica de Ávila (OSAv) since 2013, when it was founded.

In 2015, Manuel won the Second Prize in a National Competition organized by the association Juventudes Musicales de España. As a prize, he did a tour playing concerts in Barcelona (Spain) in 2017. In 2015, as member of the World Percussion Group, directed by Maraca2, he did a one-month tour in USA, playing with the group and teaching individually in many Universities.

Besides, as member of the Tenerife Conservatory Percussion Group, he has participated in the International Percussion Week (IPEW) in Croatia, in the Tenerife Contemporary Music Festival (FMUC) and in a small tour playing in Zaragoza, Alicante and Madrid.

Nowadays, he is member of Arkeima Percussion Quartet, which won the Second Prize in the Taiwan International Percussion Convention Competition (TIPC Competition), in 2017 and First Price in the “Percute” Competition (Valencia, Spain). Arkeima Percussion Quartet is Innovative Inc. Artist and a Southern Percussion Partner.

Manuel also is a member of the percussion group called Barcodes, with his Italian partner Davide Zeta. They have participated together in some important events like: Grand Opening of the Carnavale di Venezia directed by Nu´Art Company in 2015 or Tenerife Contemporary Music Festival (FMUC) in 2016, where the famous marimbist Keiko Abe played as well or Torino Film Festival. Additionally, they won two Second Prizes in the Percussion Chamber Music International Competition of Catarroja (Spain) in 2015 and in the International Percussion Festival in Italy in 2016. In addition, part of his repertoire is conformed by some original pieces composed by Davide Zeta, member of the duo.
