The Beeches Performance Ensemble is a Youth Marching Band based in Great Barr, Birmingham, and was formed over 30 years ago. The band is made up of a marching brass line, a marching percussion section, a tuned percussion section and colourguard which involves dance and flag work. The combination of all these different sections is a display of music, colour and movement.
In 2018, the band are once again discovering something new, competing overage with a colourguard in DCUK, BYBA and DCE, competing throughout Europe from June up until to October. They also do displays at local fetes, charity fundraising and corporate events.

The band is open to anyone from the age of 6 years old, and for a monthly subscription, the band will provide full uniform and instrument. You do not need any previous musical ability as our highly experienced staff will teach you all you need to know. Anyone interested in joining please get in touch.
