Adélaïde Ferrière was born into a family of musicians and began studying percussion with Didier Ferrière. . In 2012, after working with Françis Branan in the CRD Créteil she continued her education at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris with Michel Cerutti.

She has had a very successful competitive career including winning several Grand prix, the Public Prize of the “Concours International du FMAJI” in 2015, 2nd Prize in the European Competition for Young Soloists in 2016, 1st Prize in the “Concours International d’Interpétation de Boulogne-Billancourt” and the “Annelie Prize” in the last edition of the Tromp International Percussion Competition, 2014.

The young artist has performed as a soloist at “La Cité de la Musique de Paris”, La Banque de France, Salle Pleyel, Salle Gaveau in France, in the Muziekgebouw (Eindhoven), the Hoschüle fur Musik of Munich, during the “Festival Européen Jeunes Talents”, “Festival Musiques en Morvan”, “Festival de Laon”,”Eurofestival EBBA” … with “L’Orchestre Symphonique de Saone et Loire”,”L’Orchestre Pasdeloup”,”L’Orchestre de la Garde Républicaine .She has also worked with many talented composers on several percussion World premieres.
