Remo Renaissance Timpani Heads are excellent for all symphony, opera, concert and orchestral applications. Low Steel insert rings are the latest improvement accommodating all models of Timpani drums. They are twice as thick offering more rigidity and strength to the flesh hoop and making it easier to tune the drum – leveling it off as well as improving the projection. This low steel insert ring is anodized preventing any rust for the life of the head.
