Mozart For Marimba by Bach arr. Lynn Glassock

The pieces in this collection are from a variety of sources including music for piano and chamber ensembles. Tempos are given that will work well for keyboard percussion instruments and are not necessarily the same as the tempos that would be common for the original instrument(s).

The correct interpretation of some of the ornament notation that is found in Mozart's manuscripts (and the later published versions of his works) would not necessarily be obvious to todays percussion student – therefore, some of these figures have been written out for this collection.
