Liberty was composed in the midst of these turbulences that we experience today in 2021 .. the work came to portray how difficult it is to keep our thoughts and dreams “trapped” in a house due to the pandemic that the world is experiencing today. compound for PEI-CHING WU, NAOKO TAKADA  AND JOE PORTER

The work has 3 movements (I- A dream, II- A Feeling, III-The Awakening), where the music brings a little joy, feeling, romanticism, strength and hope in its melodies, having a special meaning at each rhythm that emerged during its performance, the soloist in several parts has his notes free to interpret your feelings, and melodies on your drum sticks. The work comes to all percussionists who wish to venture into their cadenza, solos and rhythms with the symphony orchestra.
