Wain, Gary There are 2 products.

Gary has been composing since the age of 14 and majored in composition for his Master of Music degree (1st class honours) from Auckland University. Many commissions have come his way including for such disparate genres as music for a Psychologists convention, clarinet quartet, school percussion ensemble, string orchestra and solo cello. As a percussionist, he feels it incumbent to write music for his instrument(s!) to help add to the comparatively small (but very quickly growing) repertoire of works. Consequently, Promethean Editions have published some of these works (Paganini Variations, and Seven Steps) which now enjoy wide circulation all around the world. Soon to be completed is the 4th and final piece in a set of 4 for solo vibraphone – the other 3 are already available. Gary recently performed and filmed his first marimba concerto for Youtube and his second marimba concerto is in the final stages of composition.
